We are an established Vascular Surgical Practice situated at the National Capital Private Hospital in Garran.
The person we seek must be reliable, punctual and highly organised who is able to work on their own and in a team environment.
They will possess excellent customer service skills and a friendly, caring manner.
The position is part-time working Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
The hours are adaptable and school hours are available for the right candidate.
This position is also available for university students however employment would be on a casual contract.
Duties include welcoming patients, answering phone calls, managing appointments, attending to patient enquiries, processing letters, organising hospital admissions and surgery bookings, obtaining referrals and pathology results, billing, maintaining medical records, scanning paperwork and general office administration duties as directed.
Skills and Experience required
Medical Administration experience highly desirable
Experience with medical software will be highly regarded




It is essential that the successful applicant has the flexibility to cover sick and annual leave as required (Monday to Thursday, full time hours).

Flexibility and ability to learn new procedures
