Essential Requirements




Minimum 5 years' civil construction experienceProven Final Trim experienceGPS Machine Control experience (Trimble, Topcon or equivalent)Experience working on earthworks or major civil infrastructure projectsCurrent RIW Card (essential)Current White CardRelevant plant operating tickets and competenciesCurrent Driver's LicenceAbility to travel extensively throughout NSWStrong commitment to safety, productivity and quality workmanship

Operate plant safely and efficiently across civil construction projectsComplete final trim operations to specificationUtilise GPS machine control systems to achieve design accuracyConduct pre-starts and routine plant inspectionsMaintain high productivity and quality standardsWork collaboratively with supervisors and project teamsComply with all sites and WHS requirementsContribute to a positive and safety-focused work environment
