Castleross Construction is seeking experienced Formworkers & Concreters for upcoming FIFO infrastructure projects across WA.
These roles involve working as part of a skilled team delivering high-quality concrete and structural works in a fast-paced site environment.

Competitive Rates 3:1 FIFO Roster 12-hour shifts (Days Only) OR 2:1 FIFO Roster 12-hour shift (Days & Nights) Full-time opportunities for successful candidates Immediate start Key ResponsibilitiesFORMWORKERS Interpret construction drawings and formwork designs.
Construct and install formwork for structural concrete including footings, slabs, walls, columns, pits, culverts, and headstocks.
Erect and dismantle conventional and modular formwork systems (PERI, Doka, RMD).
Install cast-ins, block-outs, and edge forms prior to concrete placement.
Strip formwork safely and repair minor concrete surface defects as required.
Requirements:



Minimum 3 years' experience in Formwork Carpentry.
Experience with modular formwork systems including PERI and RMD.
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced construction workplace.
Experience on large-scale civil, mining, or infrastructure projects highly regarded.
CONCRETERS Place, spread, and finish concrete to required levels and tolerances.
Operate screeds, vibrators, trowels, and other concreting tools.
Ensure quality finishes and curing requirements are achieved.
Assist with pour preparation and post-pour clean-up.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in concrete placement and finishing Ability to work from levels and set-outs.
Strong understanding of finishing techniques and curing methods.
Experience on large-scale civil, mining, or infrastructure projects highly regarded.
Ability to work in a team and meet production targets while maintaining quality.
