About UsAt Linear Clinical Research, we're experiencing exciting growth across our Early Phase Unit and are expanding our clinical and operational teams to support an increasing portfolio of clinical trials and now have opportunities for Laboratory Technicians to join our lab team.
This is a fantastic prospect to join a collaborative and highly skilled team at the forefront of clinical research.
Based in our purpose-built facility in Nedlands, you'll work alongside experienced clinical trial professionals in an environment that values quality, teamwork and continuous improvement.
Positions are full-time and will involve different shifts including day, afternoon and night shifts.
Your Role in Our Future
As a Laboratory Technician, you'll be responsible for the accurate handling and processing of biological samples from receipt through to storage and shipment.
You'll support study set-up activities, maintain laboratory documentation, monitor supplies and equipment, and work closely with project teams to ensure laboratory requirements are delivered efficiently and in accordance with study protocols and SOPs.
What You'll Be Doing;
Process, store, track and ship biological samples accurately and efficiently.
Support the set-up and delivery of laboratory activities across assigned clinical trials.
Maintain study-specific laboratory documentation and records.
Assist with technical and specialised sample processing as required.
Monitor laboratory consumables, equipment and general housekeeping activities.
Collaborate with internal teams, sponsors,



vendors and study stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
Contribute to quality, safety and continuous improvement initiatives across the laboratory
Your ExperienceYou'll be organised, detail-focused and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where quality and accuracy matter.
Ideally, you'll bring:
A tertiary qualification in a science-related field (desirable).
Experience in pathology, laboratory, clinical research or a related environment.
A sound understanding of biological sample handling and processing.
Strong organisational, communication and time management skills.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A proactive approach with a commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement.
