About the company Stabilised Pavements Group is focused on delivering pavement construction, rehabilitation and maintenance solutions that are cost effective, sound in design to deliver longevity and environmental sustainability.
These solutions are based on extensive engineering expertise, technology and systems that ensure the highest standards of quality, occupational health, safety and environmental management.Our Head Office is based on the Central Coast, New South Wales with additional depots located in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Townsville, Perth and Hobart.
We have been operating for 40 years and employ over 250 people.
About the role Reporting to the Construction Manager, this autonomous position will be responsible for the field operational delivery of projects across Western Australia.
We are looking for someone who prioritises Safety and Quality, understands pavement construction and has experience managing teams.
This role is for you, if you are looking for a level of authority in the business and looking for genuine career progression.
DutiesPlanning and managing onsite blue collar, plant and subcontractor resources for the individual projectsDelivery and Reporting of targeted production, quality and safety performanceRelationship management with the site teams, project team, operational team and customer representativesA key focus is maintaining strong engagement between the field and office teams to ensure the site teams are supported and all opportunity and risk is collectively managed.




Skills & experiencePavement and ancillary civils Construction experienceStrong leadership skillsSafety and Quality focusAbility to be agile across multiple teams and sitesAppreciation of schedule and cost managementWA S26 Accreditation (or ability to obtain)WA resources sector and Main Roads WA experience (desirable) but not essentialHR Licence minimumStrong communication and problem solving skillsCommitment to customer service and business development
