About the Role
Our client partner, a leading Tier 1 Mining Company, is seeking an experienced Safety Superintendent to lead Health, Safety, Setting, Quality and Training activities across a multi-contractor mining operation.
Working a 5/2, 4/3 roster, you will coordinate HSEQT performance across several operational workgroups and contractor partners.
You will work closely with site leadership to ensure consistent safety standards, effective risk management and strong compliance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day HSEQT activities across the operation Coordinate safety requirements across multiple contractor groups Provide advice and coaching to leaders and operational teams Monitor compliance with legislation, systems and site standards Lead and support incident investigations Oversee audits,



inspections and corrective action management Monitor critical risks and control effectiveness Support environmental, quality and training requirements Analyse safety trends and prepare performance reports Drive continuous improvement and proactive safety initiatives Build collaborative relationships with key site stakeholders About You Previous experience in a Safety Superintendent or senior HSE role Strong mining, processing or heavy industry experience Experience working within a multi-contractor environment Sound knowledge of risk management and safety management systems Strong incident investigation and auditing capability Confident leadership and stakeholder engagement skills Relevant tertiary qualifications in WHS, HSE or a related discipline Environmental, quality and training experience will be advantageous What's on Offer Permanent role with a Tier 1 Mining Company Lifestyle-friendly 5/2, 4/3 roster Senior position across a diverse mining operation Broad exposure to multiple operational workgroups Competitive remuneration package For a confidential discussion, please contact Courtney Smith on ******** *** or email ******.
