About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment / HR Officer to join our growing team.
Reporting to a supportive management team, you will play a key role in managing recruitment and mobilisation processes while ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, stakeholders, and site personnel.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Recruitment / HR Officer, you will be responsible for:
Managing end-to-end recruitment and mobilisation activities to ensure efficient and seamless execution.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver recruitment and mobilisation initiatives that align with business requirements.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with labour hire providers and external stakeholders.
Liaising with site personnel to facilitate timely site clearances and onboarding requirements.
Preparing and maintaining accurate recruitment, onboarding, and mobilisation documentation.
Ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication with all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Identifying sourcing and attraction strategies to support workforce requirements.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment and mobilisation functions.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess:
Ideally 2+ years' experience in recruitment, mobilisation, HR coordination, or a similar role.
The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
A proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit and supportive team environment.
