About the Role Join the iCARE-AF Reduce Clinic and help improve outcomes for patients living with Atrial Fibrillation and Atrial Flutter.
You'll deliver specialist outpatient care while working with a multidisciplinary team across metropolitan sites.
Deliver specialist nurse-led care and education
Lead best practice across the service
Support care planning and continuity of care
Mentor and guide nursing staff
Drive quality improvement and practice change
About You You're an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for cardiology and delivering exceptional patient-centred care.
Registered with NMBA and current practising certificate
Experience in acute cardiology or critical care nursing
Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
Experience supporting and mentoring nursing staff
