Task & responsibilities
Delivered lectures and facilitated tutorials, seminars, and laboratory sessions across allocated subject areas
Designed, evaluated, and graded assessments including essays, assignments, and examinations in line with academic standards
Provided academic guidance and mentorship to students on educational and related matters
Participated in departmental and faculty meetings, conferences, and academic seminars
Supervised postgraduate and honours students, as well as tutorial staff where required
Contributed to curriculum development, course design, and academic planning initiatives
Served on academic committees, faculty boards, and other institutional bodies as required
Led and facilitated class discussions to encourage critical thinking and student engagement




Developed and compiled specialised learning materials, including reading lists and bibliographies
Delivered lectures and tutorials within established Higher education courses across education discipline
Qualification & experience
Excellent English skills
The right to work in Australia
Bachelor's degree, master's degree or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education or a closely related discipline.
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in relevant roles
Positive communication skills, energy and attitude.
Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary early childhood pedagogy, curriculum frameworks.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to engage and support diverse student cohorts
