About the roles
JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is looking for several roles in the Kitchen.
Start your journey with the JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa to help our passionate Culinary Team create mouth-watering food for our guests.
Reporting directly to the Director of Culinary,



you will form a key part of a team who are responsible for providing high quality product to our luxury guests.

Successful Candidates will have:
Experience gained from working in a similar role preferably 4-5 star Hotel kitchen
Trade qualification
Solid food safety knowledge
Great communication skills
Ability to work in a team and autonomously
