You'll keep jobs moving, support our production team and help ensure every customer has a excellent experience from their first enquiry through to installation.If you enjoy dealing with people, love being organised and have an eye for design, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceWelcome customers into our showroom.Answer incoming phone calls and emails.Assist customers with signage enquiries.Prepare and follow up quotations.Liaise with customers throughout their projects.Resolve customer enquiries professionally.Workflow CoordinationManage and update jobs in ShopVOX.Ensure every job follows the ShopVOX workflow.Monitor job progress and identify delays.Work closely with production staff to keep projects on schedule.Maintain accurate customer and job records.Installation CoordinationManage the installation calendar.Schedule installation teams.Confirm appointments with customers.Coordinate changes when required.Ensure installers have the information they need.Design Support (Desirable)Make simple artwork edits.Prepare customer proofs.Assist the design team during busy periods.Work with CorelDraw/Adobe Illustrator or similar design software.General AdministrationProcess customer payments.Order office supplies when required.Maintain reception and showroom presentation.Assist with general administration duties.About YouYou'll enjoy working in a busy environment where every day is different.You'll ideally have:Outstanding customer service skillsExcellent phone mannerStrong organisational skillsHigh attention to detailGood computer skillsConfidence learning new softwareAbility to manage several jobs at onceA positive, can-do attitudeBonus Points If You HaveExperience using ShopVOXExperience in the signage, printing or graphic design industryAdobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW experienceExperience scheduling trades or installersExperience preparing quotesWhat We OfferFull-time permanent positionFriendly family-owned businessModern office environmentVariety in your workOpportunity to learn the signage industrySupportive teamStable long-term employmentTraining in ShopVOX and our systemsSuccess in this role looks likeAfter six months you will:Be confidently managing reception with minimal supervision.Keep the ShopVOX workflow accurate and up to date.Coordinate installation schedules efficiently.Deliver excellent customer service that results in positive feedback.Support the team so projects are delivered on time.Be a valued member of the NR Signs team.Pay: From $56,****** per yearWork Location: In person
