? What You'll Be DoingAs a Personal Banker Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience while building a nationally recognised qualification.
Over 12 months, you will:
Work full-time in a supportive branch environment
Complete a Certificate III qualification
Learn directly from experienced Personal Bankers
Build strong customer service and sales skills
Develop knowledge of retail banking products and services
Be supported by dedicated mentors every step of the way
