If you're passionate about Microsoft technologies, automation, and designing resilient collaboration solutions, we'd like to hear from you.About the RoleAs the Collaboration Technical Specialist, you'll be responsible for designing, administering, and continuously improving enterprise SharePoint services that support Defence operations across multiple secure locations.Working closely with infrastructure, security, and project delivery teams, you'll play a key role in modernising collaboration platforms while ensuring security, reliability, and operational excellence.This role offers exposure to large-scale enterprise infrastructure where your expertise will directly contribute to nationally significant outcomes.Job RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesYou'll be responsible for:Administering and supporting enterprise Microsoft SharePoint ********* environments.Designing secure collaboration platforms, intranet portals and document management solutions.Leading initiatives that improve SharePoint performance, resilience,



scalability and availability.Integrating SharePoint with enterprise platforms including Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server and Windows Server technologies.Developing PowerShell automation to streamline administration, provisioning and operational processes.Establishing standards, governance frameworks and deployment templates for collaboration services.Working closely with infrastructure, cyber security and project teams to deliver secure collaboration capabilities.Identifying technical risks and providing practical engineering recommendations throughout project delivery.Producing high-quality technical documentation including build guides, SOPs and operational procedures.Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the Defence collaboration environment.What You'll BringEssential ExperienceExtensive experience administering Microsoft SharePoint **********) within large enterprise environments.Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, service applications, permissions, governance and content management.Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.Experience supporting distributed enterprise infrastructure.Solid knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server,
