Kickstart your career in automotive with Tesla's **** Apprentice Body Repair Technician (Panel Beater)

This 3-year Apprenticeship Program is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience through full time

work in our Body Repair Centres, while simultaneously studying to obtain a nationally recognised

qualification (Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology).

At Tesla, you'll work in a high tech, fast-paced environment with supportive management, mentorship and guidance from our expert Tesla Body Repair Technicians.

This apprenticeship will equip you with the skills and experience required to repair, replace and refit nonstructural vehicle panels that have been damaged as a result of a collision. For those who seek further

career advancement opportunities, there is an option to include structural repair qualifications and

experience within their apprenticeship.

This program is a pathway to becoming a fully qualified Body Repair Technician (Panel Beater). If you're

What You'll Do

Maintain workshop and vehicle cleanliness, and assist in day-to-day operationsSupport the wider Tesla Service Team in delivering outstanding customer experiencesLearn and perform basic body repair work under supervisionLearn to use diagnostic tools and automotive software systemsBuild knowledge across all Tesla models, service procedures and safety standards

What You'll Bring

Completed Year 12 educationFull Australian working rightsValid driver's licenseBe eligible to enroll with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and complete a Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair TechnologyStrong communication, time management and attention to detailPassion or interest in automotive technology, mechanics and electric vehiclesProactive and initiative-driven with a team-oriented attitude and willingness to learnGenuine desire to build a long-term career as a Body Repair Technician (Panel Beater)
