About The Role
Your main duties will include:
Provide effective Clinical Hands-on leadership, supervision, and support to Ward Support Officers across the perioperative department.Act as the first point of contact for operational issues affecting Ward Support Officers during shifts.Foster a positive, respectful, and professional team culture.Commitment to quality patient care, focusing on teamwork, customer service and safetyEnsure that the team undertake secure manual handling, positioning and mobilization of patients
About You




Demonstrated extensive experience within a perioperative setting.Extensive knowledge of perioperative equipment applications and managementProven leadership or supervisory experienceAbility to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety principle
