About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition, APAC to build and lead a high‐performing, scalable hiring function during a critical phase of growth.
This is a leadership role for a strategic operator who is experienced in developing and mobilising talent acquisition strategies that enable growth, scale and quality. You are deeply networked across technical and commercial markets, energised by ambiguity, and able to work calmly across competing priorities. Success looks like a unified team, a predictable and fast hiring engine, and a hiring experience that reflects the calibre of FSAI.
You will operate at both a strategic and operational level — setting direction while remaining close enough to execution to ensure outcomes are delivered. This role requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to build alignment across senior stakeholders while navigating a fast‐moving and evolving environment.
If you are motivated by the challenge of building a world‐class talent engine in a scaling technology company, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the APAC talent acquisition strategy aligned to business growth priorities
Translate workforce demand into explicit, prioritised hiring plans across technical and commercial functions
Build a scalable, high‐performing hiring engine that delivers speed, consistency, and quality
Establish structured, repeatable hiring frameworks while allowing flexibility across role types and markets
Own delivery against hiring plans, including performance tracking, risk management, and clear reporting
Lead, unify, and uplift the talent acquisition team, driving high standards in sourcing, assessment, and stakeholder management
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent markets and hiring strategy
Leverage deep market networks to access high‐calibre and hard‐to‐reach talent
Optimise systems, tooling, and data to improve hiring effectiveness and inform decision‐making
Ensure a high‐quality, consistent candidate experience that reinforces FSAI's employer brand
Drive hiring outcomes across APAC while maintaining alignment with global standards and practices
Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and support international hiring and mobility where required
What We're Looking For
Strategic Ownership
: You operate at both strategic and operational levels, setting direction while ensuring execution follows through.
Comfort with Ambiguity
: You thrive in fast‐moving environments where priorities shift and structure is still being built.
Leadership and Influence
:
You build strong, aligned teams and confidently partner with senior leaders to shape decisions.
Commercial Judgment
: You balance speed, quality, and cost, making thoughtful trade‐offs that support business outcomes.
Data‐Driven Thinking
: You use metrics and insights to guide decisions, improve processes, and drive accountability.
Solutions‐First Mindset
: You approach challenges with ownership, bringing well‐reasoned recommendations rather than problems.
Exceptional Communication
: You communicate clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences and levels.
Continuous Improvement Orientation
: You are constantly refining systems, processes, and approaches to deliver better outcomes.
Qualifications
Required:
7–10+ years' experience in talent acquisition leadership and recruitment roles

Proven track record building and delivering talent acquisition strategy at scale
Experience leading and developing high‐performing TA teams
Experience partnering with senior leadership and delivering outcomes
Strong network across technical and/or commercial talent markets in APAC
