Galvins Plumbing Supplies is a family-owned Western Australian company founded in **** and has grown to be a leading plumbing supplies company with 32 branches located throughout Western Australia, the Northern Territory and Victoria!
We are currently looking for a Counter Salesperson / Storeperson to join our company, based out of our Nedlands branch, and are always looking for driven and conscientious people to join our ranks.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome customers and process their orders with care
Support customers with product selection and helpful recommendations
Process sales accurately and efficiently
Respond to customer concerns promptly and professionally
Pick and pack customer orders
Check and allocate orders ready for despatch
Assist with loading and unloading goods
Build positive relationships with customers, including long-standing company contacts
Support stock handling and assist the Despatch Department when needed
Help expedite stock to keep orders moving smoothly
Contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate will have:-
Confidence using computers and workplace systems
Clear written and verbal communication skills
A friendly, professional approach
A genuine focus on helping customers
Sound product knowledge
A team-focused attitude
Robust attention to detail and good organisational skills
A current C Class manual licence
