What your week actually looks like
You own the complex escalations across cloud, workstations, servers, networks and telephony, the ones the frontline can't crack
You're hands-on across the whole stack: Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and their private cloud running on Proxmox and VMware
You run real network and server work plus their multi-tenanted phone system, not password resets all day
You get into project work and implementations with the help of your Yoda/Oogway/Dumbledor
Juniors escalate to you, and you bring them up rather than just clearing the board yourself
There's a complex private cloud setting to go deep with once you've proved yourself
One to two days a week from home once you're through probation

What you'll bring
Real MSP time.
A couple of years minimum inside a managed-service provider, and ideally three or more in IT support.
This isn't the role for someone making the jump from internal IT unless you can prove you've got the communciation and deep technical skills required.
Strong across Microsoft 365 (Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams), Windows Server (AD, DNS, SQL, IIS, RDS), virtualisation (Hyper-V and VMware, Proxmox a bonus) and networking (DHCP, DNS, VLAN, STP, LAG)
The temperament to run your own work and lift the people around you
Cyber and incident response, backup tools (Veeam, Shadow Protect), Vodia, or ConnectWise and Kaseya experience are all a bonus, not a must.
