BUILDING MAINTENANCE OFFICER REQUIRED (FULL TIME)

What you'll be doing:
You will join our well-established crew of multi-skilled trades conducting maintenance activities on local commercial buildings and projects in the Perth metro area, including:
Government infrastructure projects, hotel refurbishments, hospital upgrades, healthcare/education facility renovations,



stadiums and retail buildings
We invest in individual training plans for each employee to increase their skills and capabilities.
What you'll bring to our team:
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Trade Certificate in Carpentry
Previous experience in:
General building maintenance & carpentry
Painting
Tiling
Plasterboard repairs & flushing
Minor plaster & concrete repairs
Downpipe & gutter repairs
Assessing & repairing roof leaks
Manual Driver's Licence
White Card
National Police Clearance or ability to obtain
Solid understanding of safety
Strong communicator, self-starter & problem-solver
Ability to work night shift work as required for specific projects
A genuine passion for your trade
