What you'll work with (0–18)
Broad paediatric caseload: "anyone who comes through the door"
Autism + ADHD heavy mix
Complex and multiple disabilities (including AAC needs, equipment-linked presentations) Clinicians who love a challenge and can manage complex cases with MDT support Funding split
80% NDIS / 20% private (incl. GP plans) MDT model Speech Pathology, Dietitian, Psychologist, Social Worker, Physio (and OT in the broader structure).
Support + development
100-day induction (approx. 4 months) to build confidence and skill depth Weekly supervision for everyone if required Two senior clinicians are allocated for supervision/clinical direction Clear career pathway with a Team Leader prospect as the service grows Diary autonomy More experience = more freedom Juniors get planned diaries and higher-touch support Package $80,000–$130,000 + super + bonus (paid based on skill tier/experience) KPI: utilisation rate,
