Job DescriptionWe have up to 40 positions available for Pickers/Packers in a Meat Processing Centre in Adelaide's Western suburbs.
Work is due to start late July ****, with various start dates until July **** and is expected to go for 9 months.
Payments for these positions will be by Company Enterprise Bargaining Agreement.
This is a casual position offering a minimum of 30 hours per week.
This position requires the availability for shift work over a 7-day roster.
Minimum of 30 hours a week, 6.30am-3.30pm though at times this may change due to the seasonal needs of the business.
Please note that random drug & alcohol testing may be conducted.

Position objectives: Picking and assembling customer orders using the Honeywell talk-man units Packing meat trays and orders as directed




Reviewing picked & packed orders to ensure accuracy Following all Directives given by Team Leaders and Management Adhering to business policies and procedures, including safe work practices and procedures, including secure work practices and chain of responsibility directives
High level of excellent hygiene Drivers License required Selection Criteria:
Physically fit enough to lift weights up to 20kg Keen eye for detail and ability to follow instructions Problem solving capabilities
Pro-active individual and lateral thinker Confident, mature and professional attitude Ability to cope with changing work demands and a fast changing environment
