We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to support our clinical governance framework and help deliver high-quality, person-centred care to older Australians.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organisation from the beginning and contribute to building a strong clinical culture.About the RoleAs the Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership and support the organisation's clinical governance responsibilities.
Your role will include:Providing clinical oversight and advice to the organisationAssisting with clinical governance and quality improvement activitiesSupporting the development and review of clinical policies and proceduresConducting clinical assessments where requiredProviding guidance and support to care staffPromoting compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Support at Home requirementsParticipating in clinical governance meetings and audit activitiesEssential RequirementsCurrent registration with AHPRA as a Registered NurseMinimum 2 years' recent Australian aged care experience (community aged care,
