This is a part time, ongoing position requiring flexibility across 7 days and late night shopping trading on Thursdays.As an integral member of the Charlestown 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!

exceeding sales & profit for the storeEnsure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenishedCreate a VM presentation of the store from door to floorEnsure the store is tidy and well presentedAbout you:Passionate about the customer experience1-2 years' experience in retailA willingness to learn and developFlexible to work weekends and late night tradeDesire to develop your career in retailThis role is active and hands-on, with Besties spending most of their shift on their feet, assisting customers, restocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best.
