The Opportunity
Reporting to the Service Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining water and wastewater treatment plants across Western Australia.
This is a varied role with a great mix of local work, site travel, and occasional commissioning projects.
You'll join a skilled team, work with leading technology, and have the chance to develop your expertise in a growing industry.
We're looking for someone qualified, motivated, and committed to delivering top-quality service to our clients.
What You'll Be Doing
Conduct regular site visits for proactive maintenance
Attend promptly to service/repair and emergency callout
Create detailed electronic service reports for all service activities




Maintain clear and professional communication
Provide support during commissioning
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues efficiently
Collaborate with the team to improve service procedures and protocols
What ABCO is Looking For
Experience in water and wastewater systems preferred
Solid mechanical aptitude with hands-on maintenance experience
Proven fault-finding and troubleshooting ability
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in the field
Professional communication and customer service skills
Strong commitment to safety and compliance
Organised, responsive, and able to manage service callouts
Valid C-Class Manual Driver's Licence
