What You'll Be Doing
Bringing our range to life through styling, storytelling and genuine product knowledge
Helping customers build baskets naturally, from the one item they came in for, to the full look they didn't know they needed
Creating a store experience that feels premium, curated and welcoming
Hitting commercial targets (sales, ATV, IPS) the salt&pepper; way, through expertise and care, never pressure




Part-Time Permanent Sales Consultants & Casual Sales Consultants
You'll be the face of the brand on the floor.
Confident, warm and product-obsessed, you'll help customers fall in love with our range and build their basket from a single piece to a full table setting.
You bring energy, curiosity about product, and a genuine love of helping people create something beautiful in their home.
Ideally you will have availability between Wednesday to Sunday.
