Are you a collaborative and strategic HR professional who thrives in a complex environment and enjoys partnering with stakeholders to deliver meaningful business outcomes?
The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (Cth) (CDPP) is looking to fill an APS 6 Senior HR Advisor and an APS 5 HR Advisor role in the Employee Relations (ER) team within People Branch.
These roles provide timely, accessible guidance to managers, employees and various stakeholders across the agency enabling effective resolution of employment related matters and reducing workplace issues.
As an APS 5 HR Advisor, you will:
deliver clear, policy aligned advice, prepare written correspondence, reports, employee communications and HR documentation; and
respond to HR enquiries professionally and provide practical guidance on routine HR matters.
As an APS 6 Senior HR Advisor, you will:
mentor or provide guidance to team members and contribute positively to team culture and capability development;
undertake leadership responsibilities, including coordinating workflows and supporting team management activities; and
partner with leaders, and helping create positive outcomes for our team members.
