This August, we are opening our seventh retail store, and first in Perth, and we are looking for an energetic Store Manager to join our community!

This is an chance for someone who loves retail, enjoys developing people and takes pride in creating exceptional customer experiences while driving strong commercial outcomes.About The Role:This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves retail, thrives in a fast-paced environment and believes exceptional customer experience is in the details.Key responsibilities:Lead and develop a passionate team through coaching, mentoring and ongoing supportFoster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture where people feel valued and motivated to succeedRecruit, train and onboard team members to ensure consistent delivery of The Memo experienceDrive sales performance through effective leadership, team engagement and customer-focused serviceCreate a seamless, supportive and memorable in-store experience for every customerLead by example as a brand ambassador, bringing The Memo values and customer-first approach to life every dayEnsure smooth day-to-day store operations including stock management,

You take pride in running an efficient and welcoming store, and know how to get the best out of a team.You:Have proven experience in a Store Manager or similar retail leadership roleAre a natural leader who inspires, motivates and develops high-performing teamsLead by example and foster a positive and supportive team cultureCommunicate clearly and confidently, building strong relationships with team members and customers alikeAre customer-focused and committed to delivering exceptional service experiencesThrive in fast-paced environments and remain calm, organised and solutions-focused under pressureTake ownership of store performance and are driven to achieve sales and operational goalsBring experience in visual merchandising, stock management and retail operationsMost importantly, you care.
