Administration, Finance & Customer Service role | $47/hr + super | Western suburbs | Immediate start

Due to increased workload, an experienced Leasing & Licencing Officer is required to provide administrative, financial and customer-focused support within a high-volume team.
Key responsibilities align with leasing, licencing, financial administration, customer service and records management functions.Your new role Reporting to a supportive team leader, you will play a key role in managing leasing and licencing administration while delivering excellent customer service to a broad range of stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:
Processing leasing and licencing applications and documentation
Managing licence and lease renewals
Collecting and reconciling fees and licence revenue
Monitoring records and maintaining accurate databases
Preparing correspondence, reports and administrative documentation
Responding to customer enquiries and providing timely advice
Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
Maintaining compliance with relevant policies, procedures and legislation
Supporting financial and administrative processes within the team
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:




Previous experience in administration, customer service or financial administration
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Experience managing records, databases and documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing deadlines
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
A current National Police Clearance is required for the successful candidate
Candidates with experience in administration, finance, customer service, leasing, licencing, accounts administration, contracts administration or compliance-focused environments are encouraged to apply.What you'll get in return
