Our agency works primarily with brands in health and wellness and design and construction, some of them the biggest names in their space.
You'll be the person on our team coming up with killer ideas, heading out to shoot them, and editing high-converting, high-engaging assets for ads and organic social.
We are not looking for someone wanting to learn these skills.
You must have proven experience executing in a similar role, with the eagerness to put that skillset to work.
This role has the opportunity to evolve into full-time as demand grows.
What you'll be responsible for
Ideating, researching, and developing clever, original video concepts for viral organic posts and converting direct response ads.
While jumping on trends will come up, we also want ideas that came from your head, not from someone else's grid.
Scripting, storyboarding, filming, and editing ads and organic content for our clients and for our own marketing.
Shooting on location, mostly in-store and on-site.
Talking head, to-camera, and skits.
Native-style content that looks like it belongs in the feed, not in a brand deck.
Post-production: transitions, motion graphics, animation, music, audio, and everything else that lifts raw footage into something worth watching.
Editing our Director's podcast (long-form) and cutting down into clips.
Analysing how the work performed and using that to make the next round better.
You'll travel for shoots, mostly around the Gold Coast, occasionally interstate.




Outside of shoot days and the odd day in the office, this role is primarily remote.
You'll need to be Gold Coast or Tweed-based.
Having your own camera gear is ideal but not essential.
In a nutshell, we want someone who is keen to be creative, has a knack for finding clever content ideas, and is equally good at executing them.
Proven ability to execute end-to-end video content for ads and organic social with a sharp (razor-sharp) eye for detail is essential!
What we're looking for on paper
Minimum 3 years' experience across both filming and editing.
A robust portfolio.
We care more about what you've made than what you've written on a CV.
Proven ability to take a video from concept to finished asset independently.
Comfortable driving your role while also open to direction and feedback.
Strong communication and collaboration.
You'll be working with our team, our clients, and talent on set.
Very good at staying organised and can meet deadlines (including on shoot)
