We are now seeking a Bar and Dining Team Leader to work in conjunction with our Restaurant and Bar Manager.
This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with proven bar, dining and leadership experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for customer service and team development.
What you'll be doing
Leading and motivating the bar and dining team to deliver exceptional service
Training and mentoring staff to build skills and knowledge
Working closely with the management team to deliver seamless service across the venue and at functions
Contributing ideas and strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales
What we're looking for




1+ years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a bar or busy hospitality restaurant environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Sound knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and current bar trends
Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain high standards
