Lead the site Alliance team delivering critical mechanical and electrical scope on one of Perth's most significant multi-billion-dollar projects.
This is a rare chance for a proven Senior Project Manager to take a senior site leadership role on a landmark infrastructure project in Perth's northern suburbs.
You will lead the Alliance team responsible for the delivery of complex mechanical and electrical packages, driving safety, performance, programme, commercial outcomes and stakeholder alignment across a high-profile, fast-moving delivery environment.

The Role
Reporting into the project leadership team, you will be accountable for leading the site Alliance team through planning, coordination, execution and close-out of major mechanical and electrical works being undertaken by three appointed contractors.
You will bring structure, urgency and calm authority to the interface between engineering, construction, commissioning, contractors, client representatives and operational stakeholders.




You will be expected to set the standard for safe delivery, manage competing priorities, resolve issues early, and keep the team focused on programme, cost, quality and performance outcomes.
What you will bring
Demonstrated experience leading major mechanical and electrical scope on large infrastructure, resources, energy, utilities or complex construction projectsStrong site delivery background with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and contractorsProven capability managing safety, programme, commercial performance, quality and stakeholder interfacesExperience working in an Alliance, JV or similarly collaborative delivery model will be highly regardedConfident communication style, sound judgement and the credibility to influence at senior project level
Package
The remuneration package is expected to be circa $390K–$430K, inclusive of superannuation, site allowance and bonus, depending on experience and fit.
