This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that is investing heavily in its procurement function.
You'll play a key role in improving procurement processes, maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics system and taking ownership of the company's item master data.
The RoleReporting to the Procurement Lead, you'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the procurement and inventory system while supporting continuous improvement across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and maintaining item master data within Microsoft Dynamics.
Creating new stock items and updating existing records.
Removing duplicate items and ensuring data accuracy.
Maintaining supplier information and pricing.
Supporting inventory management and warehouse locations.
Updating Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Assisting with stock takes and inventory reconciliation.
Supporting internal stock transfers between branches.
Working closely with the procurement team to improve systems and processes.
Ensuring all purchasing is completed through approved system processes.
About YouTo be successful, you'll bring:
Previous experience in a Procurement Administrator, Purchasing Administrator, Procurement Officer or similar role.
Experience using an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics experience highly regarded).
Strong administration and data management skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of information accurately.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
A proactive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset
Must be Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
