The Opportunity
Based in our Osborne Park office, your focus will be ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one.
You're key priorities will include:
Supporting customers via phone, email, and text, guiding them from their initial inquiry through to a successful resolution.
Working with customers to find a practical and efficient solution.
This is where your technical problem solving skills will shine.
Efficient calendar management for our service technicians Australia-wide.
Maintaining accurate data across multiple platforms and managing invoicing and payments.
