House Insulation Canberra is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Insulation Installer and Supervisor to join our growing team.
This role involves superrvising our on site staff to ensure quality of workmanship whilst ensuring a high level of OHS compliance.
We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, solving problems and takes pride in doing things properly.
Experience in insulation is not necessary but is desirable, training in that field will be provided.
What is essential is the ability to organise and supervsie on site staff.

About the RoleYour responsibilities will include:
Conducting ceiling and underfloor insulation assessments
Preparing accurate insulation quotations
Completing ACT rental ceiling insulation compliance assessments
Inspecting roof spaces and subfloors safely
Taking photographs and recording findings using our digital systems
Explaining recommendations clearly and professionally to customers
Providing on-the-ground support to our installation teams as required, including assisting with site logistics and minor installation-related tasks
Working closely with our office and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic
Friendly, professional and enjoys working with customers
Detail-oriented with excellent observational skills
Comfortable working in roof cavities and underfloor spaces
Physically fit and confident using ladders
A strong team player with a positive attitude
Comfortable using smartphones and tablets for reporting.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Energy Efficiency Council (EEC) certification (preferred)
Experience in insulation, construction, roofing or electrical trades
Knowledge of residential building construction
Current driver's licence
White Card (preferred).
