About the Role
SUEZ has secured the Perth Desalination Expansion Stage 1A project and is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join the project team in Perth, WA.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead all QA/QC activities across the project, ensuring construction works meet project specifications, Australian Standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
Working closely with engineering teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives, you will drive quality outcomes and support the successful delivery of this major infrastructure project.
Key responsibilities include:
· Lead project QA/QC systems and quality management plans.
· Manage inspections, audits, ITPs, and quality documentation.
· Oversee NCRs, investigations, and corrective actions.
· Monitor subcontractor and supplier quality performance.
· Provide quality reporting and support continuous improvement.
About You




You are an experienced QA/QC qualified with a strong background delivering major infrastructure or construction projects.
You have excellent knowledge of quality systems, Australian Standards, and compliance requirements, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
What You'll Bring
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
· 8+ years' experience in quality assurance and quality control roles within construction or infrastructure projects.
· Experience managing QA/QC activities across multidisciplinary construction environments.
· Strong understanding of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), NCR processes, audits, and quality documentation.
· Experience working with Australian Standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, contractors, and suppliers.
Highly regarded:
· Experience delivering water, wastewater, utilities, or major infrastructure projects.
· Experience working with Water Corporation or other regulated client frameworks.
· Quality management certifications (ASQ or equivalent).
