We are looking for an experienced MPU Operator to join our Mining – Drill & Blast team at our WA operations.
This will be on going, long-term project work.
Full time position available.
FIFO from Perth.
Roster is 8:6 (days) – day shift only.
The Role
This role relies solely on the operation of an MPU safety and productively to deliver bulk explosives down the blasthole, management of the bulk explosives compound and the day-to-day operation of the MPU truck.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate MPU trucks to transport materials and equipment within designated areas of the mine site or industrial facility.
Perform pre-operational inspections and routine maintenance on MPU trucks to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials onto/from MPU trucks using appropriate equipment and procedures.
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies while operating MPU trucks.
Maintain accurate records of truck operations, including mileage, fuel usage, maintenance activities, and incident reports.
The successful applicant will have:
Heavy Rigid (HR) Drivers Licence
Dangerous Goods Drivers Licence
Dangerous Goods Security Card
Pumping emulsion/goldfield experience
Experience in operating IEE Triple type MPUs




Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment

Telehandler operation experience
