Proven sales performance is essentialThis is a senior sales role, so we are seeking someone with a strong and proven record of achieving targets, converting opportunities and building lasting client relationships.
You must be confident initiating conversations, identifying client needs, following up consistently and closing high-value sales.
Jewellery experience is not required.
We will provide comprehensive training across our diamonds, products and systems—but you must already bring the sales ability, commercial drive and confidence needed to perform at a high level.
No jewellery experience?
No problem.If you've ever felt unsure about applying because you don't know enough about diamonds or jewellery—don't worry.
Most of what you need to know is simple and practical, and you'll learn it naturally as you go.
We'll guide you, support you, and make the learning process easy and enjoyable.
What matters most to us is your ability to connect with people.
About the roleThis is a senior, sales-focused role for someone with a proven ability to achieve targets, convert opportunities and build lasting client relationships.

You'll:
Welcome customers and create a warm, memorable experience
Confidently guide clients through the sales process
Understand client needs and recommend the right jewellery
Build strong relationships and follow up with clients
Work towards individual and team sales targets
Learn about our diamonds and collections with full support
Keep the showroom looking beautiful and inviting
Assist with stock, client records and basic administration
Use simple systems for sales, client management and inventory
Who we're looking forWe're looking for someone who will feel at home in our environment and bring both experience and the right energy to the team.
You'll bring:
Experience in retail or a customer-facing sales role
Confidence working towards goals or sales targets
A naturally warm, friendly, and approachable personality
Strong people skills and the ability to build genuine relationships
Attention to detail and the ability to stay organised
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Confidence using basic computer systems
Pride in your presentation and how you represent the brand
Jewellery experience or a passion for fine jewellery is a bonus—but not essential.
