About The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor Civils reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.
FIFO from Perth Competitive salary package Work with Tier 1 mining clients Key Responsibilities Supervising and leading site personnel, subcontractors and plant operators.
Planning and coordinating daily construction activities.
Promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture.
Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and project schedules.
Coordinating labour, plant and materials to maximise productivity.
Conducting pre-starts, toolbox meetings and site inspections.
Maintaining project records,



reporting progress and communicating with project stakeholders.
Assisting with planning, programming and resolving onsite issues.
Building positive relationships with clients, suppliers and your project team.
