TSPV/TSPA Cleared | Atlassian System Administrator - Jira & Confluence SMEJoin a high-impact enterprise technology environment where you will take ownership of the Atlassian ecosystem and help uplift up-to-date service management capability.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced System Administrator who can manage Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence Data Centre platforms end to end, while supporting Enterprise Service Management and Enterprise Asset Management initiatives in a secure, complex operating environment.
Location Onsite - Canberra Contract Duration: Initial 12-month contract, with 2 x 12-month extension options Security Clearance Requirement: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current TSPV/TSPA clearance.This position is open to Australian citizens with a valid security clearance due to role requirements.

Essential Tasks:
Manage deployment, upgrades, maintenance, patching, hardening, and performance tuning across the Atlassian suite
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support and manage Jira-as-a-Service delivery in a secure enterprise environment
Configure Jira and JSM to support Enterprise Service Management and Enterprise Asset Management workflows
Support legacy platform migration, technical documentation,



scripting, and transition to operational support
Key Criteria:
Minimum 5 years' experience in system administration, ideally with Jira Service Management Data Centre or similar service management platforms
Strong understanding of Enterprise Service Management and Enterprise Asset Management principles, including workflow and object schema design
Demonstrated experience delivering platform upgrades, patching, migrations, and operational support
Experience with Python or PowerShell scripting, Docker or Kubernetes, and modern DevOps or CI/CD practices
