Home Staging Stylists – Multiple Roles Available (Creative Lead / Stylist)

We're Canberra based home staging company dedicated to creating beautiful, welcoming spaces that help buyers fall in love with a home.
As our business continues to grow, we're expanding our styling team and are looking for energetic, positive and reliable people who love creating beautiful interiors and enjoy hands‐on work.
We currently have two opportunities available:
1. Creative Lead
We are seeking a talented and hands-on Creative Lead to lead the styling and delivery of our home staging projects.
You will oversee property assessments, develop styling concepts, coordinate installations, mentor stylists, and ensure every property is presented to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creative direction and styling of staged properties.
Conduct property consultations and create staging plans.
Coordinate projects from concept to installation.
Mentor and support the styling team.
Manage furniture and décor allocation and planning across projects.
Build strong relationships with agents, homeowners, and suppliers.
Maintain exceptional presentation standards and brand consistency.
Experience using StageForce or similar home staging software desirable but not essential.
About You
Experience in home staging, interior styling, or property presentation.
Strong eye for design, detail, and space planning.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Positive, proactive, and hands-on approach.
2. Stylist




We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Stylist to help transform properties into beautifully presented homes that inspire buyers.
You will style properties, assist with installations, manage décor selections, and work closely with the team to deliver exceptional staging outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Style properties to a high standard in line with project briefs.
Select and arrange furniture, artwork, and décor.
Assist with property installations and pack-downs.
Maintain presentation standards across all staging projects.
Support inventory management and stock organisation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time.
Build positive relationships with clients and real estate agents.
About You
Experience in home staging, interior styling, visual merchandising, or a related field.
Excellent eye for design, colour, and space planning.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Physically capable of assisting with staging installations.
Positive attitude and passion for creating beautiful spaces.
