and continuous improvement initiatives What you will be doing Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with legislative requirements Support audit preparation and accreditation activities Track and manage corrective actions (CA) and continuous improvement (CI) registers Coordinate audit logistics, documentation, and scheduling Maintain and manage documentation within the Quality Management System (QMS) Compile and analyse data for quality and risk reporting Support staff with guidance on quality systems and compliance processes Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders Ensure policies and documentation meet QMS and regulatory standards Support internal and external audit processes and assurance activities About You Experience in aged care (residential, community, or retirement living) High Desirable Robust understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance frameworks Experience supporting audits and regulatory requirements Clinical background (RN or EN) highly regarded but not essential Knowledge of ISO **** (Quality Management) and ISO ***** (Risk Management) desirable Intermediate Microsoft Office and systems skills Strong documentation, organisational, and data analysis capability Click APPLY now or if you're needing more information please contact Natee below:******** ******
