We are currently seeking experienced Completions Coordinators to join our highly experienced team either on a casual or full time basis, depending on availability and project requirements.
Completions Coordinators will be responsible for overseeing and managing the completion systems and documentation for handover between construction, commissioning, and client teams.
This role ensures that all completions activities and documentation are properly tracked, completed, and compliant with project standards and regulatory requirements.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Coordinate all completions and commissioning documentation including check sheets, test records, punch lists, and system handover packages.
Collaborate with construction, commissioning,
QA/QC teams to align system handovers and ensure readiness for commissioning.
Maintain and update the completions management system (CMS) to ensure real-time progress tracking and accurate reporting of system status.
Generate and manage, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Certificates.
Track, prioritise, and support the closeout of punch list items in line with project milestones.
Assist with sub-system walkdowns and verification activities.
Compile and organise handover dossiers, ensuring documentation is complete and verified.
Interface with project leads to ensure completions targets are met and project schedules are maintained.
Support client and third-party audits related to completions and commissioning.
