The Role Working closely with experienced Development Managers and senior leadership, you will gain exposure across the full development lifecycle while progressively taking ownership of projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting residential and mixed-use developments from acquisition through to project completion Coordinating consultants, contractors, authorities,



and project stakeholders Assisting with project programming, budgets, feasibility, and reporting Managing project risks, approvals, and development milestones Working closely with construction teams to ensure successful project delivery Building solid relationships with consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders Contributing to the identification and delivery of future development opportunities The Like Mind This opportunity is suited to someone with a strong project delivery background who is looking to build a long-term career in property development.You will bring:
