Cafe Uno, a thriving cafe base in Biggera Waters, QLD is currently seeking an experienced Cook to join our team full time.
Applicants must have at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role as a Cook.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Preparing and display of cabinet foods
Preparing and cooking all foods on the menu and serving to a high standard
Prepare foods for dietary requirements
Training staff
Maintaining health and safety
Cleanliness and product quality
Plan menus, food costing, and bringing in budget
Rotation of foods with minimal waste
A salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per year will be offered to the successful candidate.
