Our Murray Bridge office is seeking a Senior Practitioner to provide specialist guidance that supports Social Workers and Case Managers to deliver high-quality case management.
In this role, you will share your expertise, strengthen team capability and contribute to ongoing service improvement.

This is a single vacancy offered under a dual classification, meaning it may be filled by either a qualified Senior Social Worker (AHP2) or Senior Professional Officer (PO2), depending on the qualification and suitability of the successful applicant.
You will be responsible for:
Coaching and mentoring Social Workers and Case Managers to build confidence and capability
Supporting the application of legislation, policy and practice frameworks to guide effective outcomes
Contributing to workplace learning, reflective practice and continuous improvement activities
Reviewing practice matters and providing recommendations to support effective case direction
Building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
