We have multiple opportunities to join our award winning CS Team (Best Customer Service Team at the Inside Retail **** Awards).
This is an amazing opportunity to join the global market leading barbecue brand as one of our Customer Service Specialists, on a 6 month full-time fixed term basis.
You will be based at our Head Office in Rose Park, Adelaide (on the outskirts of the CBD).

We are not your typical contact centre, our focus is on the customer experience, and our main aim is to create positive word of mouth with every interaction (not just ticking a box at the end of the day "I answered this many calls today").




Our ideal candidate will be self-driven and motivated and have a genuine passion for customer service (you will be dedicated and go above and beyond for our customers).
You will interact with our customers daily via email and phone to help them become a backyard hero in the eyes of their family and friends.
You will learn to troubleshoot, identify replacement parts, provide cooking advice and arrange service calls.
You will also learn the ins and outs of all our barbeque models, how to use, maintain and service/repair.
To be successful in the role you will be/have -
Previous experience in a similar role;
Exceptional written/verbal skills;
Enthusiastic, self-driven with a customer centric focus;
High attention to detail with exceptional time management;
The ability to think outside the box to provide our customers with the best solution;
An analytical thinker with great problem-solving skills;
Experience in using multiple systems; and
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in using CRM's.
