You'll be part of a close-knit team working across a variety of sites, maintaining beautiful gardens with care and attention to detail.
We're after someone who is proactive, reliable, and takes pride in their work.
A keen eye for detail and a genuine love for gardening are essential.

What We're Looking For Applicants must have:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in gardening
Current drivers licence
At least a Certificate II tafe in Horticulture
A current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain one)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong practical gardening skills
Great communication skills and the ability to listen to client needs
Ability to organise and prioritise tasks across multiple projects
Leadership experience or willingness to step up when needed
A positive attitude and team-first mentality
Willingness to help the team meet deadlines and share the workload
Good knowledge of plant species
