Company Description Tambourah Metals Ltd, ( TMB:ASX) is commencing work at the high grade gold project in Beatty Park in the Murchison WA.It focuses on developing high-quality gold and critical minerals in WA.Role Description This is a contract position for a Project Geologist to work on the exploration,drilling and sampling programs at Beatty Park Sth.The Project Geologist will execute field programs, including geological mapping, sampling, and supervision of drilling activities.
Day-to-day tasks include logging core and reverse circulation (RC) chips, interpreting geophysical and geological data, and maintaining accurate geological databases and records.
The role involves coordinating with field crews and contractors to ensure safe and effective operations, preparing technical reports and maps, and contributing to exploration targeting and development.Qualifications Robust field work capabilities, including experience in remote field operations and onsite data collection.Proficiency in logging,
including core and RC chips, with attention to detail and data quality.Experience in geological mapping, structural interpretation, and use of mapping software or GIS tools.Understanding of geophysics and the ability to integrate geophysical data with geological observations.Experience with drilling programs, including planning, supervision, and sampling protocols.Bachelor's degree or higher in Geology, Geoscience, or a closely related discipline.Knowledge of gold and/or critical minerals exploration in Australian geological settings.Competence in geological database management and basic modeling or interpretation software.Strong communication skills, ability to work safely in field conditions, and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.Valid driver's license and ability to travel to and work at remote project sites as required.
