You will be working closely with our Executive Chef and Head Chef to bring the vibrant taste of Southeast Asia to life.
Our food is designed to be shared, punchy and fresh, wok fired dishes with fire, crunch and zing and delicate street food-inspired creations.
We are currently seeking passionate and motivated Chefs at all levels to join our dynamic Tigerfish kitchen team.

About the Role Depending on your experience and level, your responsibilities may include:
Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes to brand and menu standards Supporting daily kitchen operations, including service and preparation Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in line with HACCP standards Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste Contributing to menu development and continuous improvement Leading, training,



and mentoring junior kitchen team members (senior roles) Working collaboratively with front-of-house and management teams About YouWe welcome applications from chefs at all stages of their career.
Ideally, you will have:
