We're searching for an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Manager to join our award-winning team at Boffo Real Estate, one of Adelaide's most trusted and forward-thinking agencies.

You'll take charge of an established portfolio of 50 well-managed commercial properties with the flexibility to work full-time or part-time and the exciting scope to grow the portfolio and help shape our systems, processes and procedures as we expand.

About the RoleAs our Commercial Property Manager, you'll oversee the end-to-end management of your commercial portfolio with autonomy, structure and robust team support.
Your responsibilities will include:- Managing day-to-day commercial property operations- Handling rent collection and arrears with professionalism- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor engagement- Conducting inspections and preparing reports- Managing lease renewals,
negotiations and documentation- Building long-term relationships with landlords and tenants- Assisting in the development and implementation of streamlined processes and procedures- Playing a key role in growing the commercial property portfolio
What You'll Bring:- Previous experience in commercial property management (essential)- Strong understanding of commercial leases and legislation- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills- High-level administrative and computer proficiency- A current SA driver's licence and reliable vehicle- Strong attention to detail, time management and a solutions-focused approach- A proactive mindset and confidence in working both autonomously and collaboratively
